It does the job of spritzing your ribs, butts and briskets with apple juice, apple cider vinegar or water, to keep the surface from drying out and help the bark set.
Liquids only. Don't mix rubs or spices into it, because a lot of rubs don't dissolve and they'll clog the nozzle.
