Meat & Whiskey is Brian Wynne and Brian Cox, two friends of mine who shopped this store for years before they started their competition team in 2017.

HogToss is their take on the Memphis-style dry rub they grew up on. It's sweet with a hint of spice and gives meat a rich color. They built it for ribs, then found you can toss it on just about anything.
