Will-Be-Que is a Memphis team led by the families of Craig Wilkerson and Traci Adcock, and Craig has shopped with us since the day we opened. He cooks a great hog, and not just at Memphis in May, where they won whole hog in 2024 and again in 2025. Seeing Will-Be-Que in the finals on any given weekend on the Memphis Barbecue Network circuit is no surprise. When the team came out with a rub, stocking it was a no-brainer.
