Meat & Whiskey is Brian Wynne and Brian Cox, two friends of mine who shopped this store for years before they started their competition team in 2017.

Stackhouse is their all-day, every-day rub. It's garlic, onion, pepper and salt with a few other things, and they named it because they always keep one at the house and stack it on anything.

It's the mild one, a great all-purpose rub without the bite. Steaks, burgers, chicken, pork chops, vegetables and eggs.
