Rudolph's Southern BBQ is led by James Rudolph. I'll admit I'm a little biased, since James and I went to college together. Bias aside, James cooks some of the most flavorful, creative food around. You'll find him cooking at Memphis in May or tailgating at Memphis Tigers football games, serving up great food either way.

The Sweet & Spicy Pork Rub isn't a typical sweet barbecue rub. It's heavy on garlic and butter flavor, with a small kick at the end.
