A competition pork injection from R Butts R Smokin'. It drives moisture and flavor into pork butts, shoulders and loins on a long cook.

Mix it with water or apple juice. Mixing directions are on the package. Inject in a grid about an inch apart, and get the needle all the way into the center of thick cuts.
