A competition beef injection from R Butts R Smokin'. Use it on brisket, chuck roast and beef ribs, anything that has to hold its moisture through a long cook.

Mix it with water or beef broth. Mixing directions are on the package. Inject in a grid about an inch apart, and get the needle all the way into the center of thick cuts.
