Our Shotwell Rub was built for big cuts of pork on long cooks. We wanted something for the smaller pieces too, like pork chops, chicken, fish and pork loin, where the cook is shorter and a heavy rub is too much. That's what this is.
Honey sweet up front with a slight bite on the back end. The honey is what makes it work on small cuts and shorter cooks.
