Matt Pittman built Meat Church in Texas, but he spent part of his youth in Millington, twenty minutes up the road. We've carried his rubs since we opened the doors.

The Gospel is Matt's answer to what you'd buy if you could only buy one rub. It's a Southwestern-style all-purpose rub with a bright red color.
