The yellow one, and the hotter one. Tangy, rich cheese blended with jalapeños and spices — closer to a ballpark nacho cheese in color, considerably better in taste.

Hotter than our Queso Blanco but nowhere near hot for hot's sake. Enough jalapeño to notice with every bite.

Same rule as the white: warm it first. Jar to microwave to bowl, and it's a different product than it was cold.

Goes on everything. Chips, nachos, fries, hot dogs, a bowl of chili, or straight over smoked sausage.
