Chips made from the white oak barrels that aged Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey, just up the road in Lynchburg, Tennessee. When the barrels are emptied, some of the whiskey stays in the wood, and it comes through in the smoke.

Mellow oak with whiskey-barrel character. Great with pork, poultry and beef.

Chips catch fast and smoke hard for a short time. Use them in a gas grill smoker box or a foil pouch, in an electric smoker, or scattered over hot charcoal for a quick hit of smoke. Soaking is optional; dry chips start smoking sooner.

Made in the USA. 180 cu in bag.

Straight oak: B&B Post Oak Wood Chips. For beef: B&B Hickory Wood Chips.
