A sweet barbecue rub with peach and a little vanilla. It's made to go on pork as part of Heath's layered rub system.

Heath's competition ribs get more than one rub. A savory base layer like Everyday or Garlic Jalapeño goes down first, then a sweet layer like Honey, Pecan or one of the fruit rubs goes over it for color and flavor.

Pork, ribs and chicken. Finish with his Hot Honey Peach Glaze if you want to go all the way.
