A sweet barbecue rub with cherry flavor. It's great on pork and chicken and gives ribs a deep red color.

Heath's competition ribs get more than one rub. A savory base layer like Everyday or Garlic Jalapeño goes down first, then a sweet layer like Honey, Pecan or one of the fruit rubs goes over it for color and flavor. Cherry makes a good top layer.
