Heath developed this one with Checkered Pig BBQ of Martinsville, Virginia. It's built to work alongside his other sauces, not replace them.

Here's how it earned the name. Mixed with Heath Riles Sweet, it's what Heath had on his ribs when he won the rib category at Memphis in May in 2022 and 2024. Both sauces were on his ribs again in 2025, when he won ribs and Grand Champion.

You can use it straight, but the smart move is the one Heath made. Mix it with the Sweet and adjust the blend to taste.
