Boars Night Out is a championship barbecue team out of Olive Branch, Mississippi, just down the road. They're known on the Steak Cookoff Association and Memphis barbecue circuits, and White Lightning is the base of their whole flavor profile.
White Lightning is their everything seasoning: salt, garlic and spices with a touch of sugar. The team used it to win the World Championship Steak competition.
