A chrome-plated wire rack sized to fit inside a full-size steam pan.
Small feet hold the rack half an inch off the bottom, so air moves under the meat and drippings run off instead of the meat sitting in them. Rest a brisket, hold ribs, or smoke wings and bacon on it.
