RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Food items (sauces, seasonings, etc.) must be returned unopened, with original factory seal intact. Opened food items will not be accepted for returns/refunds.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All items purchased online are shipped the next day, so the time during which an order may be cancelled is limited. Orders may be cancelled no later than 5:00 p.m. the same day as the order was placed.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY
The Memphis Barbeque Supply will ship items in the continental 48 states. However, local restrictions may apply. Free shipments are shipped via USPS or UPS at the discretion of Memphis Barbeque Supply. If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will reach out to you via e-mail.
