Matt has long been influenced by Cajun cooking, and Holy Voodoo is where that shows. It's more savory than most Meat Church rubs, with back-end heat from his signature jalapeño.

It's great on poultry, ribs and vegetables, and fantastic on turkeys, whether smoked or fried. Meat Church ambassadors have won ribs and chicken in competition with it.
