The Maverick Digital Roasting Thermometer and Timer is perfect for checking the temperature of roasts and poultry to ensure food safety. The thermometer can be programmed with a safe food temperature that is displayed on the large LCD screen along with the actual temperature and a beep sounds when the desired temperature is reached. The thermometer has a stainless steel housing with a 48-inch long flexible stainless steel probe and can be mounted using the flip-down stand hanger hole or built-in magnet. It also features a 99 minute countdown timer and accurately measures temperatures between 32 and 482 degrees F.
