Bayou Classic's beer can chicken rack holds a 12 oz can with a whole chicken sitting upright over it, on the grill, in the smoker or in the oven.
Fill the can with beer, soda, or apple juice with a little rub in it. Standing the bird upright lets the fat render off and the skin crisp all the way around.
